Do you allow viewings prior to booking?

We no longer offer tours or walk-throughs prior to booking due to a high rate of no-shows. As our venue is not open to the public, accommodating such visits requires us to open the venue specifically for each individual appointment, which is not a feasible arrangement. Moving forward, a reservation will be considered an indication of commitment. Alternatively, we are happy to provide additional photos if necessary.

Do you provide tables, chairs, decor, etc..?

A: We provide 8 glass tables, 50 party chairs, 2 conference-size tables, a sofa, lounge table and 2 lounge chairs for the lounge area at no additional cost.

Do you allow alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Guests 21 years and older may responsibly consume alcohol on the property. However, we do not provide alcohol under any circumstances.The sale of alcohol on the premises is strictly prohibited.The booking party is fully responsible for their guests’ actions and behavior, including any damages or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

Yes, We have two bathrooms located in the space.

Is there a damage deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all reservations require a $1,000 Refundable deposit.
Deposit will be returned upon event completion after inspection.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel your booking until 14 days before the event start time and receive a full refund of any payments made beyond the initial deposit. You may cancel your booking between 14 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of any payments made beyond the initial deposit. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.
