CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Deposit

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. This deposit secures your booking and removes the selected time from availability. All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • 14 days or more prior to event start: Eligible for a full refund of any payments made beyond the initial deposit.
  • Less than 14 days but more than 24 hours prior to event start: Eligible for a 50% refund of any payments made beyond the initial deposit.
  • Within 24 hours of event start: All payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
  • Approved reschedules are offered as a one-time courtesy and are subject to availability.
  • Rescheduled bookings should be used within a 30 day timeframe.
  • Requests made within 24 hours of the event date may be treated as a cancellation.

No-Shows

  • Failure to attend the scheduled booking without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In such cases, all payments will be forfeited.

Booking & Payments

  • Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event to ensure your booking is fully confirmed.
  • Bookings with unpaid balances may be subject to cancellation.

Additional Terms

  • All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are only considered valid once confirmed.
  • Bookings and payments are non-transferable.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • By completing your booking, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy.
  • In the event of a dispute, this agreement may be provided as evidence that the terms were accepted at the time of booking.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with standard banking procedures. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
